Do my dates and plans need to be final?
No. Dates are optional in the enquiry form. Share what you already know, your preferred destination and any flexibility; the remaining details can be discussed together.
Which destinations can I enquire about?
Our focus is Switzerland. The destinations shown on the website are starting points. If you have another Swiss location in mind, include it in your enquiry so we can discuss the request.
How are costs agreed?
Each request is discussed individually. Share an approximate budget and what you would like coordinated. The scope, availability, costs and applicable booking terms are confirmed with you before arrangements proceed.
Can you help alongside bookings I already have?
Tell us what is already arranged and which details need attention. We discuss whether we can help alongside those plans. Changes to existing bookings depend on the relevant provider’s terms and any permissions needed.
Does sending an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. We follow up personally to discuss your preferences and possible next steps. Arrangements proceed only after the details, availability, costs and terms have been agreed.
